Last year I posted a note to the Cymbidium Society of America asking them where my missing journals were at. I heard nothing, but a few weeks later my May/June copy arrived--that would have been about the end of August. I wrote another note a short time later to inform them of my updated address and the again ask where my missing journals were; there was no reply. I'd thought that perhaps things were busy down Santa Barbara way or that my copies were cycling in the mail compliments of USPS postal forwarding; that was not the case.
For christmas, my family renewed my CSA membership, as they have done for the past several years; January rolled around and I sent another note off to the CSA membership clerk and the editor, again asking where my journals were at and when I could expect them. Again, I heard nothing; in March I received a letter from the CSA stating that there had been several issues and mishaps in putting out their journals, that they were working to find a solution and that they would be extending everyone's membership by 6 months. It is now June, I have yet to see a copy of their journal, nor have I received any sort of reply to any query that I've sent.
